On August 1, 2024, the Kick-off Ceremony for the ERP Software Implementation Project between GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM Joint Stock Company and AKA Vietnam Joint Stock Company took place successfully, marking a beautiful and promising beginning. The program was held in a lively and joyful atmosphere, generating many positive signals during the initial phase of the project implementation.

Founded in 2006, AKA Vietnam Joint Stock Company (AKA Corporation) is one of the leading companies in the construction sector, providing maintenance and repair services for systems ranging from mechanical and electrical to fire prevention and fighting. With the goal of going public (IPO) in the near future, AKA aims for a comprehensive digital transformation in its business operations to enhance labor productivity, save time and costs, and standardize business processes as a springboard for further breakthroughs.

GMO is one of the consulting firms and digital transformation solution providers that AKA chose to participate in the early bidding process. The members of the ERP implementation team focused intently from the very first stage to listen to customer requirements and propose suitable solutions. Overview of the Kick-off Ceremony between GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM and AKA Corporation

The project is agreed upon by both parties to be implemented within 9 months, aiming to digitalize nearly all of the company’s activities, from sales and purchasing to project management, construction, and human resource management.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Trần Xuân Trăm – Project Manager from GMO presented the project implementation process, introduced the participating members, and agreed on several contents related to the working plan of both parties in the upcoming period.

Representatives from GMO actively listened, discussed, and exchanged information with the partner and client.

Due to the specific nature of AKA’s operations, GMO considers this project to be one of the challenging ones for the ERP implementation team, requiring extensive knowledge in the field of construction and installation. Addressing this challenge, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Hương Giang – Director of the ERP Implementation Division stated, “With our team having experience in implementing numerous complex projects for clients in this field, we are confident that we can successfully complete the project as promised to AKA.”

The atmosphere of the program was lively, featuring a discussion segment where participants raised questions and offered their viewpoints and opinions.

During the project kick-off, Mr. Đoàn Minh Hoàng – Director of AKA Vietnam Joint Stock Company expressed hope that the project’s success would serve as a stepping stone for the company’s future development.

Mr. Nguyễn Minh Đức – Head of the Digital Transformation Project Management Team at AKA shared his hope that personnel from both sides would work together with the highest determination in the coming period to ensure the project’s quality.
