GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM has successfully completed the implementation of the chip-embedded citizen identity card and biometric authentication system for Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank in a record time of just 2 weeks with the SmartKYC.eID solution. This project has enabled Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank to comply with Decision No. 2345 issued by the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) before the deadline of July 1, 2023, while ensuring a seamless verification process and appropriate load balancing to provide customers with an uninterrupted experience.

At the same time, we provided timely solutions with full functionality according to the standards of the State Bank of Vietnam (NHNN) and Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank with the SmarKYC.eID solution.

Despite the tight implementation timeline for both GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM and Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank, the deployment process faced many arising issues.
