On June 21, 2024, the go-live ceremony for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system project between GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM (GMO) and Cuc Phuong Joint Stock Company (CP.C) was successfully held at the Minh An manufacturing facility. This event marks an important milestone in the digital transformation process and enhancing the management efficiency of the enterprise.

The go-live ceremony for the ERP system project took place in a joyful and cheerful atmosphere.

Attending the ceremony from GMO were Mr. Ngô Văn Tẩu – Chairman of the Board and General Director of the company, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Hương Giang – Director of the ERP Center, Mr. Trần Xuân Trăm – Project Manager and Head of the Implementation Consulting Department, Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Dũng – Head of the Software Development Department, and Mr. Trần Quốc Hùng – Business Officer. From Cuc Phuong Joint Stock Company (CP.C), the representatives included Ms. Phạm Thị Thu Hương – Deputy General Director, Mr. Phạm Công Ân – Factory Director, Mr. Lê Văn Thắng – Head of Human Resources, and Mr. Lê Đức – Head of Finance and Accounting, along with project personnel from both sides.

Representatives from the leadership teams of both companies participated in the go-live ceremony.

Launched in December 2022, the project has successfully completed its survey and evaluation phases for over 18 months, leading to the official operational handover. Accordingly, GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM has developed a comprehensive ERP system that includes a full range of modules: CRM; Sales Management; Purchasing Management; Warehouse & Logistics Management; Integration of Electronic Invoices; Human Resources & Payroll Management; Production Management; Quality Management; Equipment & Maintenance Management; and Financial Accounting for Cuc Phuong Joint Stock Company.

Key moment: A representative from CP.C officially pressed the go-live button for the project.

During the Go-Live event, a representative from Cuc Phuong Joint Stock Company highly appreciated the efforts of the entire ERP Center team at GMO and the users from CP.C in implementing the project, overcoming challenges, and ensuring the completion of tasks according to project requirements.

Mr. Ngô Văn Tẩu – General Director of GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM, congratulated CP.C on its success in digital transformation and expressed pride in having implemented the ERP System for Cuc Phuong Joint Stock Company. He wished for CP.C to continue its digital transformation in other areas to achieve even greater success and to become one of the leading companies in the plastic industry.

Ms. Phạm Thị Thu Hương – Deputy General Director of CP.C made candid remarks about the goals, expectations, and desires during the application and implementation of the management system. Additionally, the department heads at the factory, who directly experienced the system, provided feedback to GMO to further refine the software and ensure strong support for CP.C users, preparing for the official implementation on July 1, 2024.

Ms. Nguyễn Thị Hương Giang – Director of the ERP Center affirmed that she and her team would make every effort to ensure the project operates stably and efficiently.

Acknowledging the feedback from CP.C, GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM committed to continuing to accompany and support Cuc Phuong Joint Stock Company during the ERP system’s operational phase, ensuring the system operates reliably and delivers maximum efficiency. Ms. Nguyễn Thị Hương Giang emphasized: “Reaching today’s go-live milestone is thanks to the collaborative efforts and dedication of all project members from both sides. Despite facing many challenges during the project implementation, the specialized skills and extensive project implementation experience of GMO personnel, along with the enthusiastic cooperation of CP.C users, allowed us to complete the system and prepare for its official operation. GMO will also provide one year of free support for CP.C from the go-live date and will continually improve and enhance service quality to meet customer needs, especially for companies wishing to implement ERP in the manufacturing sector, particularly in the plastic industry.”
